  3. The mortgage holders are the children of Thomas Mylrea, Daniel the oldest at about 10 years of age at the time of this transaction
  4. Daniel Mylrea later became a Deemster in 1769, at the age of 52
  5. Peter John Heywood was 22 years of age at the time of the transaction. He became a Deemster in 1764 at the age of 26
  6. This mortgage was taken over the John Taubman snr in 1769. Another decade and Taubman was a business partner to Daniel Mylrea, the child in this mortgage
  7. As well, Daniel, the child in this mortgage, went into business with Robert Heywood, the younger brother of Peter John Heywood, and married Leonora Heywood, the sisster of Peter John
